Errington Special School - Completed February 2019
PSLA was initially engaged to work with staff and families in creating a concept design for the Junior Primary, Primary, Middle School and Senior School. Each concept design required careful consideration of the physical, sensory and cognitive needs of the children and their development. The key objectives was to diversify and enhance the existing play environment by providing play experiences that were multi-sensory, therapeutic and challenging.
In 2018 the school was able to identifying part funding for implementation of the concept for the Primary and Middle Courtyard. PSLA undertook detailed design and construction documentation and worked closely with the school and DPTI Faculties Management throughout this process.
PSLA oversaw the construction works ensuring the documentation was correctly interpreted into the final outcomes.
